Overseas Orders
Shoes are dispatched on receipt of your kind order (if in stock), otherwise within 3 to 5 days. On rare occasions, if both the manufacturers and ourselves are out of stock, we will advise you accordingly of the expected date.
Recorded delivery is used for all orders.
Please note, there is currently a minimum order of £35 for orders.

Currency Conversion
Please note that all orders are charged in G.B. Pounds Sterling. Currency conversions are provided as a rough guide and are not a guarantee of the final amount you will be charged by your own bank. We are not responsible for your bank's conversion rates. Our currency rates are provided by The European Central Bank. They are updated once daily at midnight GMT Monday to Friday.

Please note that polish, ties, socks, wallets etc usually incur no shipping charge when ordered along side your shoes. If you wish to order multiple polish or ties some charges may apply. Please click here for details.

We expect your shoes to arrive in 3 to 5 working days of being dispatched. Multiple orders may qualify for a shipping discount - please enquire for details.
Order Tracking
Order tracking information is provided for all orders at the time of dispatch.
VAT & Customs (VAT = Value Added Tax)
VAT is not payable by customers ordering outside the UK at the point of sale. We display VAT-excluded prices (Ex VAT) alongside VAT-included prices for our customers' use abroad.
Customs duty or import tax may be applied upon import of your order. With the exception of the US (see below), this is outside of our control and is the customer's responsibility to pay any such fees or tax.
US Tariffs
With the introduction of US tariffs, we are currently employing the following procedure.
- Check out in the usual way; no tariffs are taken at this time.
- The order is acknowledged, and the tariff charges are presented to the customer by email with a means to pay. These fees must be paid prior to dispatch.
- We are sending US deliveries via Royal Mail using a service introduced shortly after the tariffs were introduced, which is specifically designed to ensure a smooth export process. We have not experienced any issues since introducing this scheme.
Tariff Charges
The charges are dependent on the original country of manufacture of the products being exported, or 'Country of Origin'. Shipping costs of each item are added to the price of the product to calculate the tariff charge.
The following table shows some of the current tariffs using the most common 'Country of Origin' on Pediwear:

Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax)
From 1st July 2018 overseas purchases made from Australia became eligible for GST. This tax is 10% of the value of the goods. Pediwear now adds 10% to the pre-tax price of goods sold to Australia.
This should appear and be calculated automatically for Australian customers. If you encounter any difficulties please switch your currency (using the button at the top right) to Australian dollars, or, in the shopping basket, select the delivery location as Australia.
